Clarus have been appointed by the landowner to project manage the conversion, restoration and extension of this 18th Century Grade II listed building located in a prominent position on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells.

The existing building was listed in May 2014 and is in an extremely poor state of repair due to a lack of investment.

We are working with the landowner to deliver a project which is feasible, ethical and commercially viable including handling planning applications, preparing budgets, negotiating contracts and procuring a long term tenant who will secure the future of this landmark building.
